The Powerful Amla Nutrition Facts You're Dying To Know About

Amla, otherwise known as Indian Gooseberry, is a powerful superfood that is slowly taking the world by storm.

This food, which is found in the Middle East, India, and some parts of Asia, have been used for centuries to improve health and ward off chronic diseases.
