You may (or may not) know that green tea is the second most consumed beverage in the world. Next to water, people consume more green tea than they do coffee, soft drinks, or even alcohol.
And for good reason! Green tea is one healthy drink that could add a lot of goodness to your body.
Made from the Camellia sinesis plant, green tea has been shown to aid in everything from weight loss and better heart health to better brain function.
