How To Drink Amla Juice For Weight Loss

I have some clients who struggle every year to lose weight. No matter how hard they workout … or how well they eat …
They can’t seem to drop any weight. In fact, they tend to yo-yo with their weight all the time.
They may lose 10 pounds over the course of a few months … only to put 5 of that lost weight back on because they go back to their previous eating patterns.
But they’re not alone. There are millions of people who struggle to lose weight or keep the weight off.
Some may have a little bit to lose (like say 5 pounds or so), while others may have significantly more (over 50 pounds).
And this could lead to serious health issues in the future, such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, even cancer.
This is why, if you’re carrying around any excess weight, it’s important that you take the steps now to lose weight to prevent future health complications.
How Your Weight Changes Your Health
Carrying around excess weight does a number of different things to your body. It could increase both total and LDL cholesterol, which could cause a buildup of plaque in your arteries.
It could also trigger higher blood pressure readings, which may lead to less flexible arteries and increase your risk for a stroke.
Plus, being overweight could cause fluctuations in your blood sugar, putting you on a blood sugar rollercoaster that may be hard to get off.
Excess blood sugar (and high insulin levels) could lead to insulin resistance and a higher risk for type 2 Diabetes.
But here’s something most people don’t understand about weight loss.
Inflammation may be one cause for your inability to lose weight.
Inflammation may cause “sick” fat cells, which lose their ability to function like a normal fat cell.
When fat cells are bloated and inflamed, they may not be able to release fatty acids into the body to be used for energy.
Inflamed fat cells may also not respond to hormones that regulate your metabolism, therefore creating even more resistance and making it harder to lose weight.
But it’s not just inflammation that’s preventing you from losing weight. Toxins, chemicals, and pesticides, found in the foods you commonly eat, could also be making it harder for you to lose weight.
The chemicals are getting trapped in your body, therefore messing with the hormones that are responsible for boosting your weight loss.
The side effect: weight loss resistance. This makes it harder for your body to utilize hormones, such as Leptin and Adiponectin, efficiently.
This could make losing weight extremely difficult, leaving you frustrated … depressed … and self-conscious about your weight.
But there is good news …
By making some simple fixes to your diet, you could see significant changes to your metabolism and your ability to lose weight.
Although you need to maintain a healthy intake of protein, fats, and carbs, you also need to make sure you’re maintaining the right caloric intake to elicit weight loss.
You need lower-calorie, nutrient –rich foods that curb your appetite.
One food, Amla, may be one key to making this change happen.
The Diet Changes You Need To Make
In order to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you take in. In order to accomplish that, you should be looking to increase your activity while lowering your normal caloric intake.
But how do you do this without feeling deprived or hungry all the time?
By including more antioxidant and fiber-rich foods, you could boost your feeling fullness, for longer periods of time, therefore leaving you more satisfied in between meals.
That’s why you should include Amla (or Indian Gooseberry). Amla, which is low in calories, high in water, and loaded with fiber, could help boost those satiety hormones in your body, therefore keeping you feeling full after your meal.
Plus, it’s a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that your body needs to lower inflammation and reduce the inflammation in “sick” fat cells.
The simple fact is:
Amla juice has been shown to be very effective as a natural weight loss aid, and should be included in everyone’s diet.
Here are three ways in which Amla juice (or powder) could boost your weight loss:
1. Boosts Metabolic Rate
In order to boost your weight loss, you need to burn more calories than you consume.
If your metabolic rate is slow, then you may have a harder time losing weight or keeping it off.
Amla, which contains a higher-than-normal amount of vitamin C, may stimulate your metabolism, therefore making it easier to lose weight and keep it off.
Plus, Amla may enhance the breakdown of food particles, which could prevent that food from being stored as fat.
2. Increases Protein Synthesis
Protein synthesis, the process of making protein molecules, is an important process in your body.
The creation of amino acids may help develop more lean muscle mass, which is good for boosting your metabolism.
Since muscle is more metabolically active than fat, having more lean muscle mass increases your metabolic rate, therefore utilizing more energy from the foods you eat or the stored energy you have in your muscles, liver, and blood.
3. Improves Digestion
As you know, chemicals may cause you to hold on to fat. That’s why you need to eliminate toxins and chemicals from your body.
Amla, with its high fiber and antioxidant content, could eliminate toxins that could be stored in your liver. This may enable the powerful fat-burning hormones your liver produces to function normally and help you burn extra calories.
How To Drink Amla Juice For Weight Loss
If you want to lose weight, then drinking a glass of fresh Amla juice may be one of the easiest ways to boost your metabolism and increase your weight loss.
Here’s how to make the most potent Amla juice drink for weight loss:
1. Thoroughly rinse Amla and then cut into small pieces, removing seeds.
2. Add Amla fruit to a blender and blend until they are well mashed.
3. Place cheesecloth or a strainer over a bowl, add mashed Amla to the cheesecloth and press the mashed Amla to get all the juices out.
4. Add one part of fresh Amla juice concentrate to three parts water and drink on an empty stomach every morning.
***Note—due to the bitter taste of Amla, most people add additional ingredients that may detract from the benefits of fresh Amla juice, which could slow down your weight loss.
That’s why we recommend using Amla Green Tea—the powerful combination of Amla mixed with Oolong Dark Green Tea leaves that bathe your body with the right nutrients in order to improve your health and boost your weight loss.
